The pioneering years of the laser industry in the late 60s through the early 80s signified the inception of Laser Mechanisms Inc. (LMI) by its founder William Fredrick in 1980, spanning 44 years of continued dedication to the design and manufacture of laser beam delivery solutions for materials processing. The business expansion to Europe was a natural evolution in 1998 through the birth of Laser Mechanisms Europe NV (LME).

LME celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2024 of its sales, marketing & service activities in Europe and related territories.
